Richard is passionate about the development of a coaching culture that shares responsibility through involving everyone and all functions in establishing a culture of communication, excellence, integrity, passion, performance, respect, trust, sharing and teamwork. Key to this is providing knowledge, expertise and direction to every level within an organisation and helping them to focus on and maximise their human potential to establish core values and achieve performance goals.

George Weir - Principal Consultant
George has worked as a Strategic Planning consultant since 1989. He has a passion for assisting organisations and individuals realise and release their potential.
